Since 2019, Microsoft and other stakeholders provided more than $13 billion to OpenAI, which needed billions of dollars to invest in raw computing power to develop its A.I. technology.
One of the biggest players in the chip market, Nvidia, provides much of that computing power in the shape of specific computer chips appropriate for the growth of artificial intelligence and has faced intensive growth over the last 18 months.
On Wednesday, Nvidia announced that its sales and income had more than doubled during the last quarter finished in July.
Previously this year, Thrive headed a deal that esteemed OpenAI at beyond $80 billion. Having that deal settled, OpenAI did not issue new shares. The start-up authorized its employees to trade their current shares.
The fresh agreement would permit other present shareholders to trade their shares as well.
Even though its main competitors Google, Microsoft, Meta, and OpenAi have conducted artificial intelligence growth in recent years, Apple has delayed its contributions. However, Apple has recently declared that iPhone users would soon be able to access OpenAI ChatGPT.
Apple revealed its plan to integrate generative artificial intelligence into its devices in June. The technology would be called Apple Intelligence and would enhance the virtual assistant, Siri, mechanically prioritize messages, and deliver writing features that can propose sentences for emails, notes, or text.
Apple is supposed to offer the public more details on the future integrated technology on 9th September, when it will host a special conference to launch its latest iPhone at its headquarters in Cupertino, California.
