The CEO of Epic Games, Tim Sweeney, posted his happiness on the social media platform X, to announce to all Fortnite and Epic Games fans that their favorite game is again available to download on iOS.
"We back fam," the Epic Games CEO stated in his X post.
When was Fortnite first launched on iOS? Epic Games launched Fortnite in 2017, and since its launch, it has become a very popular game among teens and gaming enthusiasts, due to its game format, which was very attractive and interesting for gamers.
"For Epic Games, this was a hard fought win that carried a very steep price and may be too late to boost its Fortnite game that is now past its prime. "For Apple, this is another crack in the armor that the services business relies on — the funneling of payments through Apple in order to charge developers for every transaction.", the analyst at D.A. Davidson, Gil Luria, stated about the Epic Games vs. Apple conflict.
It should be mentioned that Epic Games and the U.S. Apple will probably not have other issues in the near future.
