OpenAI has just announced the launch of new app integrations directly in ChatGPT, which will help users complete tasks much faster. Apps such as Booking.com, Figma, Canva, Spotify, Expedia, Coursera, and Zillow are already available for users, as OpenAI stated during the annual developer conference, DevDay 2025.
“We want ChatGPT to be a great way for people to make progress, to be more productive, more inventive, to learn faster, to do whatever they’re trying to do in their lives better. [Apps inside of ChatGPT] will enable a new generation of apps that are interactive, adaptive, and personalized, that you can chat with.”, Sam Altman, the OpenAI CEO, stated.
It seems a little bit complicated, right? But the truth is, these integrations are the opposite because instead of closing ChatGPT in order to open one of the integrated apps, you can now talk directly with these apps in the ChatGPT conversation.

Spotify
Everyone loves music, right? Now, you can link your Spotify account directly to ChatGPT in order to allow the chatbot to see your music preferences and make playlists and recommendations according to your prompts.
Based on previous conversations with ChatGPT, you can also ask to make recommendations for songs or podcasts.

To help you find the best home for you and your family, the Zillow app is also directly integrated into ChatGPT with a wide database of real estate listings for every desire. All you need to do is ask the chatbot questions, such as “Can you show me nearby houses that have a large garden?”, and based on your specific details, the artificial intelligence will look for properties that fit your needs.
Canva
This is a very useful app integration, because you are now able to create beautiful Canva designs directly in ChatGPT. You can talk directly with ChatGPT and ask it to make different designs and templates that can be edited using ChatGPT prompts. After all of that, if you still feel the need to add more things, the created Canva design can be transferred into Canva for further editing.
Figma
Another great integration we can say, because Figma is an awesome design tool for everyone. Starting from a simple prompt, ChatGPT is capable of doing diagrams directly in Figma, or even creating some of the existing charts in your Figma account.
